Beyond the Flames: Transforming Anger into Forgiveness

Does it seem like people are angrier than usual right now? Where does that anger

come from – the election, our families or friends, or a lack of understanding of

differing values? And what role, if any, does forgiveness play when we feel

justifiably angry? Why should we even try to forgive someone who has hurt us?

These are not easy issues to consider in our polarized community/nation, but
